So… THE VERY FIRST thing to know before learning this cookies, it’s better to learn from expert in our LOCAL place. I learned from youtube and it was disaster as they used a very simple method which was incompatible with the weather where I live. I thought the local book I bought just kind of ‘too much theory’ but after experiencing myself, ok…I get it. haha.
I failed and couldn’t try again today because the weather is bad for macaron making. So…I just cooked fried noodle for myself and kids. Made tiramisu last two days but well…nothing much to write about it. Tiramisu is alright aka no problem when I use mascarpone and kahlua. ‘Alright’ means DELICIOUS.
