One of my post in my fb showed up again (memory). It was a roll cake i made around this month last year. I then remembered, before i succeed, i also failed many times. I was thinking, perhaps, when i failed, it was dry-humid-weather which was regularly happened only few months before I made that cake that showed up in my fb. When i succeeded, i was so happy that i couldn’t stop my self of not making it. I think, i made it until few months later then stop when entered the dry-humid-season again. I didn’t realise that. And this year, I made the cake long before wet-humid-season. The dry-humid-season this year was also worse , too. I think, the effect was worse than previous one. So, the torture to me was longer. Hahaha.
I’m not a professional cake baker nor having a knowledge about ingredients detail and my country only has 2 seasons. So, well… it’s quite a while for me to make sure to myself of what’s going on.
