I’m not a chef, not kind of experimentalist either. I’m just a hobbyist AND a seller.
Yes, I take cake order but limited to cake or cookies that I like to make only. I don’t do custom. I make and sell cake that I love to eat.
I don’t share my recipes but I share knowledge and write my baking notes here based on my experience and observation. No science or whatsoever. It’s my light baking notes blog.
Even so, I write things that I don’t find anywhere in other blogs or vlogs. Some details and small experience and observation that might have big impact in my baking (and may be your baking, too!).
